Oh this girl is giving us a run for our money! Abby became sick a week ago Wednesday. She was throwing up in the night (this was the same night AJ became sick with hives and no sleep for me). Wednesday was the last day she had eaten anything and then didn’t eat until Sunday. Saturday morning we had taken her to the vet. They gave us medicine for an intestinal infection but could be pre-signs of bloating. Remember right before Lincoln was born her stomach twisted and bloated resulting in surgery! She got more sick Saturday evening throwing up again. We knew she was miserable so AJ drove her to CR to the emergency vet hospital. They did x-rays. Guess what we found? PACIFICERS and some type of rag! Lincoln stopped using pacifiers at like 5 months so those have been in her stomach this whole time! AJ had tried calling me 3 times to talk about our decision but for some reason my phone never rang. He decided to go ahead and have another surgery on our baby girl. They ended up finding SIX PACIFIERS and that rag which I have no idea what that was! She did well with surgery and everything still looked good from her first surgery. She didn’t get done with surgery until like midnight that Saturday night. I went to see her Sunday afternoon. She wasn’t eating much for them there and really nervous. This girl gets bad anxiety. She was SO excited to see me and ate some for me. She had been hooked up to an IV for fluids. She couldn’t hold her pee so went in the room with me. She went allll over and then slipped and fell!! We brought her home Monday afternoon. I have been taking good care of her this week spoon feeding her canned food! She is now wanting to eat Lincoln’s food off the table so we know she’s feeling better:) We love this girl…this expensive baby girl!
