Busy working

AJ and I have been working our little tails off getting things done around the house – inside and out. Thank you to our fabulous friends who helped us pour the front sidewalk and back patio!! We are finally about done. We do need some more grass to grow. We will probably never be done outside. There’s just always things to do out there and it takes time! We bought some new outside furniture for now and will get more later. I think we can now relax a bit and enjoy our summer :)

*Take a look at the headphones Lincoln insisted on wearing for a LONG time! He threw the biggest fit I had ever seen when it was time to take them off!!!

22 months!

*Lincoln is growing like a weed. He seems so tall!

*Can be so sweet, yet so feisty in a matter of seconds

*He loves to just figure things out..he’s like his daddy

*ER visit twice…stitches two different times…they are getting to know us!

*Started new day care this summer… our last one is starting a new path which we are very excited for her! Lincoln is now going to Julie a couple days a week and loves her!

*I love when I ask him to sing to me…he goes “la la la” in different pitches

*Enjoys wrestling and just being goofy

*Finally is down to one nap in the afternoon. He usually sleeps from 12-3 or even longer until I wake him!  He now goes down later at night around 8. Some mornings he sleeps in until at least 8. This makes me so happy when he does that:)

*Spends a lot of time going up to his booster seat buckling the straps together. He claps at himself when he’s done :)

Pipe cleaners, play dough, and lacing!

On rainy days we have gotten some new things out to play with. These things really occupied Lincoln for awhile! He concentrated really hard with the pipe cleaners and had so much fun! He could get some in the holes but then just had fun throwing them at mom to put them in for him:)
